Photography and the Law (in Canada)

March 17, 2008

I just came across this interesting summary of Canadian laws as they pertain to photography… what and where you can shoot, and what you can do with the images.  Thanks to   Tyler Hutcheon at Ambient Light for his due diligence.  Here’s the link

  1. Wow! I’m a lawyer but I’m not familiar with all of the laws that may come in play. This is a great resource and is now in my bookmark list.

  2. Hi, me again…
Thought I’d add this site if anyone is going to the US.
I also heard on the radio recently that photographers were being harassed in London for terrorism concerns too. Anyone know of a similar site for UK law?
